A story streak shows how many days in a row you've completed a writing lesson. Keep your streak alive by completing at least one lesson each day. The longer your streak, the more bonus points you earn! If you miss a day, don't worry - you can use a Streak Freeze to protect it.

Earn points (called Story Points) by completing lessons, giving feedback, and maintaining your streak. Level up to unlock new story types and writing tools. Each level requires more points than the last, but also brings bigger rewards!

Start with the "Story Basics" path. This introduces core concepts like character, plot, and setting through bite-sized lessons. Complete each lesson to unlock the next one. Don't rush - take time to practice and experiment with each new skill.

Yes! All your stories are automatically saved in your Story Library. You can edit them anytime, organize them into collections, and choose to share them with the community or keep them private.

Go to Settings > Profile to update your username or email. Your username is visible to other users, while your email remains private.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen or go to Settings > Security to change your password. For security, we'll send a confirmation link to your email.

Your Dashboard shows your current level, streak, points, and completed lessons. View detailed statistics and achievements under Profile > Progress.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will delete all your stories and progress.

All stories and progress are permanently deleted with your account. Download any stories you want to keep before deleting your account.

Choose monthly or annual billing. Your subscription renews automatically but you can cancel anytime. Annual subscriptions offer a 20% discount.

Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until your current billing period ends.

Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled case-by-case.

Start with short exercises (50-500 words) and gradually write longer pieces as you gain confidence. Focus on quality over length - a great short story beats a mediocre long one!

Absolutely! Write whatever interests you - fantasy, mystery, romance, sci-fi, or anything else. Learn the basics in any genre, then explore others as you grow.

Share your story in the Community Workshop to get feedback from other storytellers. Give feedback to receive feedback credits. Premium members can also get expert reviews.
